My stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, although there was a slight issue with peeling wallpaper and a smoke smell in a supposed non-smoking environment. The service was friendly and professional, with a nice offer to use the lounge. The location, despite needing some updating, offered picturesque views and the staff, especially Ms. Sara and Mr Mahmoud, were incredibly helpful. The dining experience was below expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, the facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.

The hotel offers very clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast selection. Special thanks to the housekeeping team on the tenth floor for their top service. The view, however, was disappointing as it mainly overlooked poor buildings in the back, obscuring the partial Nile view. Ideal for those seeking a luxurious hotel experience.
